Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy, alongside our Terms of Service and other policies, regulates your use of FlowHost’s platform and its associated services (“Service”). - Spamming and Phishing Do not use the Service to engage in or send (i) spam, (ii) emails that violate CAN-SPAM or related laws, (iii) emails to people who have not explicitly consented (where such consent is required), (iv) other unsolicited communications (bulk or otherwise), (v) promotions or advertisements, or (vi) any related unethical or misleading marketing or advertising. Note that FlowHost reserves the right to determine in our reasonable discretion what constitutes violations of these restrictions (e.g., whether something qualifies as spam).Do not send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information (including any misleading or incorrect names, email addresses, subject lines), including without limitation phishing or spoofing.
- Deceptive Practices and Impersonating Others Do not reverse look-up or trace any information of any other user or End User or otherwise use the Service for the purpose of obtaining information of any other user or End User.Do not impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, conduct fraud, hide, or attempt to hide your identity.
- Restricted Products and Services Do not sell any products or services that may be hazardous, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or abusive.Do not sell any products or services that are illegal, according to applicable laws, to sell, distribute or use.Do not sell any products that are manufactured as, or primarily intended to be used as, weapons, including firearms, restricted devices, or ammunition. Note that FlowHost reserves the right to determine in our reasonable discretion what constitutes a “weapon”.
- Do not use the Service to post content that:
- Harasses, bullies, defames, or threatens individuals or encourages such behavior.
- Poses a risk of harm, injury, distress, or danger to anyone, animals, or property.
- Advocates for violence against individuals or groups.
- Promotes racial superiority, hatred, or discrimination.
- Exploits or harms children or exposes them to inappropriate content.
- Is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or objectionable in any form.
- Contributes to criminal or tortious activity.
- Avoid posting content that:
- Is sexually explicit or obscene unless educational, scientific, or artistic in nature as determined by FlowHost.
- Spreads misinformation or is misleading, especially regarding topics like COVID-19, elections, or manipulated media.
- Risks harm by promoting unsafe substances, treatments, or practices counter to recognized health guidelines.
- Intellectual Property Do not post:
- Violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Shares information without necessary permissions or rights, whether legally or contractually.
- Uses third-party images or names, especially celebrities, for commerce without consent.
- Breaches any applicable laws, including intellectual property, consumer protection, securities, or trade regulations.
- Abusing or Disrupting the Service Do not post:
- Personal or sensitive data like SSN, passwords, and credit card details.
- Protected health information or anything that breaches health privacy regulations like HIPAA.
Violating this policy might result in:
- Content removal.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Termination of access to the Service, especially if causing potential harm to FlowHost's brand reputation.
Our decision on Brand Matters or policy violations is final. Actions taken, including no action, are at our discretion.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy occasionally, with the latest version on our site. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised policy. If there's a conflict between this policy and the Terms, this policy prevails to resolve the conflict.
